    The Fault in Our Stars

The book “The Fault in Our Stars” is about a girl named Hazel who has cancer and depression. After much convincing she finally agrees to join support group where she mets the love of her life, Augustus Waters. Their lives change forever.

The story is very well written, the language makes you empathize the characters, you connect with them. When they laugh, you laugh. When they are sad, you are sad. There are some touching moments in the book, moments between Hazel and Augustus etc... I always wanted to read on, and it always kept me guessing. I didn’t want to put the book down.

There isn’t anything really I would like to change in the book, the choices of the author were fantastic. However, if some more events took place it would be more entertaining for the readers.

This book is not a series, it’s a book for all ages but I would recommend it to year 7/8s. The ATOS lever is 5.5 and worth 10 points. The book is around a simple plot and few events occur. I won’t recommend it to action lovers.

There is a sense of youth, innocence, sympathy in the book. An abundance of emotions are compressed in this book. A truly touching book, The Fault in Our Stars
